We agree the basis of fees up front with clients to suit their particular business and personal circumstances. Some clients prefer annual fixed fees payable by instalments. Others prefer to be charged on an hourly rate or by assignment. Again, we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. We listen to our clients and agree the fee and payment method that works for them.

We measure our fees against independent national surveys each year and we are confident we are competitive relative to the quality assurance we provide.
